Our location is amid the 124th Street area just 10 minutes from downtown. An interesting part of Edmonton with great store front shopping, wonderful restaurants, bookstores and services like us.

Parking

We offer free parking at the rear of our building, enter at the alley behind Drayden Insurance. Two hour metered parking at our front door is available, even during Peak hours.

First visit appointments are 45 minutes to one hour.  Often, we can accommodate appointments within a few hours, but are certain to get you in within 24 hours.  We offer a  variety of morning and afternoon appointments to accommodate any schedule.

Your Spa Appointment for Esthectics or Registered Massage Therapy

To take advantage of your Life Stiles experience we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to ease into the service you've selected with a cup of herbal tea and a change of clothing if applicable.

Please be reminded that if you arrive late your appointment will be shortened accordingly, so as not to inconvenience other Life Stile clients.

If you have to cancel – please keep in mind that, for single service reservations, we request 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. The full service fee will otherwise be applied. For multiple service or package reservations, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid full fee charge.
